Santa's Village

Santa’s Village is the Empty Stocking Fund's toy distribution center for residents of DeKalb and Fulton counties (residents of all other counties are served through their local DFCS office). Each year, parents and guardians of children from birth to 13 years of age living at or below the poverty level come to Santa’s Village to select gifts for their children.

Hours of Operation

Nov. 30th - Dec. 20th
Weekdays: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sundays: Closed

Volunteering

Thank you for your interest in volunteering! Distributing gifts for tens of thousands of children from Santa’s Village requires a great deal of planning, careful coordination and the assistance of more than 1,000 volunteers over a three-week period.  Volunteering at Santa’s Village takes a lot of energy, but is an incredibly enjoyable and rewarding experience.  It is an excellent teambuilding experience for corporate or civic groups looking for a way to come together and spread some holiday cheer. 

Due to the popularity of volunteering at Santa’s Village and the fact that it is one of the only things we can offer our sponsors, we have instituted a scheduling policy to ensure that we were able to meet their needs, because without them we wouldn’t have any toys to give away.

As of Oct. 10, 2011 our Santa's Village volunteer schedule is completely full. To be added to our waitlist, please send an email with your request including the organization, number of volunteers and scheduling preferences, to volunteer@emptystockingfund.org.
