Each year, teachers spend more than $500 of their own hard-earned money to purchase school supplies for their students whose parents are struggling financially and are unable to provide these items for them. For teachers at Title I schools, this doesn’t even begin to cover the need.
This year, ESF will give more than $2 million worth of product to select metro Atlanta Title I teachers.
Storebucks will be allocated across our primary service area which includes Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry and Rockdale counties. We will work with district leadership to determine how to allocate and distribute passes for their teachers.
